Return Procedure

If returning product to Wynner Group Inc., please follow this procedure.

1. Call (519) 699-5526 for a Return Authorization Number
2. Securely pack the product you are returning in the original carton or, if using an equivalent carton, write “Consumer Commodity” on the package. Goods received damaged and improperly packaged may not be credited.
3. Include a copy of your original Invoice and the Return Authorization Number from step one, for proper credit
4. Return to Wynner Group Inc. from the United States or Canada by ground transportation only (no air shipments) to;
