How do I use Volluma?

After starting with clean, dry hair, just spray Volluma evenly into thinning areas using several quick bursts until the desired look is achieved. The large nozzle produces an even, consistent spray pattern. Finish it with hair spray to add shine and hold.

How do I choose the best Volluma color?

Simply select the closest match to your hair color. If you are unsure, choose a shade darker than you think. We use the hair stylists basic hair color numbering standard, use these numbers as a guide only. Try a multi-color application with the darker color first and then lighter color for a closer match. For an exact match, see your Hair Stylist.

How long can I leave Volluma in my hair?

The water resistant property of the microfibers keeps Volluma in place until you choose to remove it. Some clients leave Volluma in their hair for several days and up to a week, touching it up daily.
Remove Volluma Hair Thickener in one washing with Volluma Shampoo or several washings of your regular shampoo brand.

Will Volluma run if it gets wet?

The Volluma formula is water resistant which makes it resistant to perspiration and rain, allowing you to enjoy an active lifestyle with full confidence.

How long will a can of Volluma last?

One can is enough for 20-25 normal applications. Depending on the amount used per application and the frequency of use, a single can should last from 1 to 3 months.

What is the shelf life for Volluma?

Volluma has no expiry date and under normal conditions should last indefinitely.

Volluma is manufactured in Germany under ISO conditions and complies with Health Canada’s Food and Health Act and US FDA guidelines.
